Role : FUNCTIONAL ARIBA BUSINESS ANALYST
Location: Allentown
PA (Local needs)
Duration: 12 months +

REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be able
to speak to the technology around the tool and have an understanding of supply
chain.
· Demonstrated
ability to quickly grasp/utilize technology solutions and concepts.
· Previous
electric industry experience a plus.
· Previous
experience resolving vendor problems or issues Ariba.
· Previous
supplier enablement experience using ARIBA.
· High level of
proficiency using (P2P, SIM, APC), Ariba, Excel, and Word.
· Able to work
well independently and effectively with others in a team setting.
· Must be able
to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent
communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
· Develop
reporting to track the progress of the initiative as well as develop dashboards
and reporting to track Enterprise supplier performance.
· Excellent
experience with MS Office products.
· Industry
experience is a plus.
· Experience
with supplier scorecards using Ariba Supplier Information and Performance
Management a plus.
· Strong
analytical and problem solving skills.
· Demonstrated
ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results.
· Demonstrate an
outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and
efficiently.
· Demonstrate a
high sense of responsibility - to users, colleagues, and to the quality and
timeliness of one's own work; a
· Bachelor's
degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other technical field.
· A minimum of 1
to 2 years in analytical position performing business analysis, process
improvement activities.
· A minimum of 1
to 2 years utilizing Ariba Supplier Information Management & Performance.
