Catalyst : 2 The L3 Cisco Engineer would be part of a team supporting our
client onsite at their location in Troy, Michigan. The team
consists of three Level 3 Engineers and two L2 Technicians located onsite with
the client, and augmented by a 24x7 team located in our Virtual Command Center
in Manila, Philippines for around the clock support. This entire team
would be responsible for the continual monitoring of John Deere Ls’ network
connectivity to its 450+ branches, as well the patching and maintenance of its
infrastructure.

Each branch location is connected via
T1 or broadband cable or DSL from 3 MB to 50 MB.
Microsoft Office 2010
Maintaining
connectivity for new and existing retail branches is key for this role, and the
interview focuses on knowledge of ASAS’s and Firewalls in addition to other
Cisco experience.
