Overview
The right candidate will be part of a team responsible
for the implementation and development of our customers RSA Archer system
Must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt
to changing priorities, communicate effectively and provide technical
leadership.
Project
Our client in the Denver Tech Center, has engaged us
to support their implementation and development of their GRC process. This
includes the technical deployment, operationalization and customization of RSA
Archer, and also includes the implementation of multiple procedures, processes
and standards.
We are looking to fill this position immediately, with
a 6+ months contract, with resources local USC/GC Guys to Denver, Colorado.
Essential Duties
•
Responsible for end to end deployment, and development of the customer’s Archer
platform.
•
Work with project teams and Business Process Architects to collect and
understand business requirements, propose, plan and implement new technical
processes, workflows, applications and reporting.
•
Within the scope of the project, provide documentation and training to
operationalize and handoff the technology as a service.
•
Provide recommendations and expertise for development and architecture of the
platform.
•
Support prioritization, level of effort estimates, dependencies and scheduling
of development and deployment activities.
•
Test and verify code and configuration changes to minimize defects.
•
Ensure security policy and procedures are used to develop and communicate.
•
Problem solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to evolving
requirements.
Candidate Must Haves:
•
5+ years’ experience in developing and supporting RSA Archer eGRC
•
3-‐5 years’ experience working with Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts
•
Deep understanding of system architecture, policy, standard and procedure
mapping to Archer content
•
Strong ability to map, implement and manage access roles and user groups
•
Ability to work with Business Process Architect, and develop from requirements
•
Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred
•
RSA Archer Certified Administrator, or 5 years of RSA Archer hands on
experience
•
Experience with Archer 5.4
•
Preferred location is in Denver, Colorado
