•
3-8+ years total IT Experience, Strong JAVA
skills
•
2+ years’ experience on SFDC, at EE and
UE/Performance Edition, with 200+ users
•
Strong Admin and Declarative skills (Admin,
Useful Formulas, ETL)
•
Expert level ability in SOQL and SOSL,
Workbench, ANT, Eclipse a Plus
•
Excellent Front End development skills (Visual
Force, CSS/HTML, Preferable JQuery)
•
Moderate or advanced coding skills (APEX, Test
Classes, REST/SOAP API)
•
Experience on integration with back-end systems
like Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.. a Plus.
SFDC Solution Skills:
•
Ability to implement solutions using mostly
declarative features and Salesforce1 admin tools for core Sales and Service
Cloud applications. (Lead to Opportunity, Accounts and Custom objects, Cases,
Solution and Knowledge, etc.).
•
Strong experience in quickly creating Custom
solutions to solve advanced business needs
•
Ability to create elegant and rich custom VF
Pages with moderate code complexity within 1-2 days and demonstrated ability to
work with QA/QE teams to support Enterprise level testing requirements.
•
Proven skills in deploying API and WSDL
solutions to enable real-time and batch data exchange for 3rd party
systems and SFDC.
Client Facing and Methodology Skills:
•
Scrum Alliance, PMI or ITIL certification or
expert level knowledge of Scrum, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
•
Natural and comfortable communication style with
Business Teams and the ability to suggest features and enhancements to solve
business problems and drive adoption.
•
Ability to recognize how and why to solve small
paint points on the spot for stakeholders to assure Client Success.
Strong Industry and Process knowledge; High
Tech, Manufacturing, Energy; SaaS experience preferred.
