Job Description:
• Extensive hands-on experience building ETL programs with effective usage of Netezza capabilities is a must
• Experience loading very large volumes of data, performance and tuning ETL programs for faster data processing in Netezza environment is required
• In-depth knowledge of concepts and troubleshooting techniques specific to Netezza is required
• Experience writing/modifying shell scripts for file processing, error handling routines, efficient logging etc is required
• Physical data modeling skills for proper data distribution and help speed up data loads and retrievals in Netezza environment is nice to have
• Experience with SAS ETL Studio is be a plus
