Rate : $50/Hour on C2C incl all.
Position summary
We are looking for an experienced Mobile testing engineer to
design test cases and perform test execution for various Enterprise modules in
android platform. The ideal candidate is expected to have knowledge in Testing
concepts, Android SDK, TCP/IP, SSL/IPSec standards, various android VPN
clients. Candidate having background in working on android Mobile testing (API,
MDM, Security, Analytics, VPN and Applications testing) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Create test cases
covering all aspects of mobile testing.
- Defect logging and
defect tracking until bug closure.
- Takes
ownership/responsibility for the product quality
- Support development in
Bug reproduction
- Co-ordinate with program
management, Developers and QA leads.
- Prepare daily/weekly
status reports and plan activities proactively.
Travel overseas/domestic on need basis
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 year
experience in testing ( experience exceptions can be considered for
candidates with Master degree in IT/Electrical/Electronics/computers)
- 4+ years of experience
in writing test cases and test plans is a must
- Ability to handle test
activities independently
- Strong experience in
testing Mobile devices
- Automation experience in
mobile platform is a plus
- Experience in API
testing is a plus
- Exposure to network
protocols like TCP/IP, VPN or any remote access technology is a plus.
- Expertise in DB testing,
system testing and End to End testing
- Expertise in Java &
scripting language is a plus
