- Good understanding of SAP HR data processes and reporting .
- Good experience in Workflow, XI.
- Good CONFIGURATION skills.
- Ability to design and delivery HR data packs.
- Extensive experience in management of SAP HR IT application systems development and maintenance.
- ABAP coding and configuration experience.
- Should be able to configure holiday bonus rules.
- Strong cross-functional integration experience.
- Excellent understanding of data migration concepts.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Should be good at business interaction and gathering detailed requirements
