● LAN/WAN Support, Configuration and Troubleshooting
● Handling of trouble and MACD tickets
● Support Network Implementations and Migrations
● Network Documentation
● Perform Routine System/IOS Upgrades
● Testing and Troubleshooting
● Cisco LAN/WAN Hands-on Configuration Experience
● Routing Protocols
● 8+ years’ of industry experience
● 5+ years’ experience with Cisco LAN/WAN Products
Catalyst 45xx, 29xx Series Switches
Cisco 3845 and 2911 Series Routers
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
● CCNP Certification or equivalent experience
