LCM: Understanding of OOTB Event handling and workflows.
Extending the events and workflows.
PE: Provisioning concepts, direct connector setup experience, pre-post rules etc

Work with the customer to perform below activities
Project planning
Design,configuration, implementation
Assit the customer staff on Sailpoint
Prepare technical documentation for the project
