Title: Oracle HRMS Technical Project Manager
Location: New jersey

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Manage the entire SDLC of an Oracle HRMS project including key areas of Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, HR and other modules.
  • Coordinate with the Leadership team and other IT resources to solve complex problems, develop innovative solutions, remove barriers and collaborate with the sprint teams to iteratively deliver based on release plans.
  • Work alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, Managers, and Implementation Partners to determine scope, planning estimates resource allocations and ultimate success criteria for the R12 project.
  • Lead project(s) ensuring adherence to the established project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Introduce proper Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managing an HRMS project of this type and size.
  • Manage project team deliverables and customer expectations
  • Facilitate the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues
  • Provide project capacity planning, budgets, status reports, and quality retrospectives.

Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 8 years experience working in IT organization.
  • Minimum 5 years PM experience managing IT projects within Oracle HRMS/EBS and related technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years PM experience managing complex Oracle HRMS/EBS upgrade and implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects, products, and/or sprints simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • A strong, quantitative skill set and the ability to think and communicate with well-supported data to all levels in the organization.
