Role : BI Developer / Analyst

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
in information systems or related field.
2. 2-3 years experience developing in
Microsoft (MS) Business Intelligence technology with the MS Business
Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS), to include SQL Server Integration
Services (SSIS). SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server
Analysis Services (SSAS) are desirable.
3. Some development experience with T-SQL and
integrating MS Access and MS Excel with a SQL Server data warehouse.
4. Solid proficiency with gathering user
business requirements and developing design documentation.
5. Solid proficiency with understanding and
analyzing business data.
6. Experience with Data Warehouse concepts
and development of data warehouse design and data load strategies, particularly
star schema modeling and design methods.
7. Experience and familiarity with Oracle
SQLPLUS is desirable.
8. Experience and familiarity with Tableau is
desirable.
9. Experience and familiarity with
saleforce.com is desirable.
10. Willingness to learn other business intelligence
reporting tools.
11. Working knowledge of medical device manufacturing or
healthcare industry is preferred.
12. Excellent communication, problem solving and
interpersonal skills for supporting business users and other members of the
development team.
13. Must be available to work outside normal business hours
on periodic support and an emergency basis.
