Job Description:
Provides Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle Business Intelligence
Publisher expertise to the global implementation of our client's Integrated (Oracle Fusion HCM).
Supports business requirement gathering sessions for reporting and embedded analytics across all modules of the Fusion HCM suite
Translates business requirements into value added reports and analytics meeting the needs of the stakeholders.
Leads the development of complex reports and dashboards integrating data from multiple data sources
(e.g. Oracle HRMS E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion HCM, Success Factors, Taleo).
Assists in developing training plans, training documents, and delivering training sessions to end-users.
Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success, as both an individual contributor and team member, with identifying and addressing client needs
Actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; and, managing engagements, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues.

Supervising to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation
Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
