Experience : 5+ yrs
Required Skills:
* 10+ years of experience in IBM mainframe application architecture/design and development using COBOL, IDMS, and ADS/O
* Expert in legacy IBM mainframe platform specific programming languages and environments
* Knowledge of DOORS
* Can communicate in both technical and business terms
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must be proficient developing and delivering presentations on solution and business case/value to senior managers
* Strong understanding or previous experience in process-driven software development lifecycles and quality methods
* Bachelor's Degree
Desired Skills:
* Experience in the Financial Industry
* Experience in and comfortable working in an abstract matrix organization, and working with various groups, including development, testing, operations and business development to advocate the architecture standards and enforcement
* Additional industry certifications a plus
