· Provide general support and administration activities for the ITSM Tool (“the Support Services”)
· Develop and implement enhancements to existing processes and reports (“the Process and Report Enhancements”)
· Provide Requirements Analysis, design documents and test cases on a task-by-task basis (“the Requirements, Design and Test Documents”)
· Develop and enhance documentation for the existing processes and reports (“the Process and Report Documents”)
· Provide general support for tuning and performance management activities with respect to ITSM tool environments (“the Performance Management Activities”)
