To join our
National Practice organization and to jump into an existing project with one of
our premier clients in Minnesota.
This project is a
clinical improvement program focused on using all available clinical data
(medical records, labs, pathology, radiology, etc.) to monitor individual
patient care. The program combines data processing capabilities such as natural
language processing (NLP), complex event processing, and rule evaluation to
organize and enrich healthcare data stream and derive actionable insights.
We are looking for
QA / Test analysts with strong communication and analytical skills. Our team
requires driven individuals that can be given a challenge and immediately dive
in, be aggressive and consult with client leadership to create a leading edge
product. Must be someone that has proven experience working closely with
technical leads, the business team and collaboratively create a comprehensive,
best practice driven solution. Must thrive in a changing environment.
Initial project
responsibilities will include helping to design the test process and
utilization of Quality Center and MS QFS. The current environment requires
someone who can be given a challenge and immediately dive in, be aggressive and
find answers. We are looking for someone that can handle the pressures of an
environment that is less structured at the moment and help to drive efficiency
and reusability into the process. We are not looking for someone to
come in and execute test plans etc. We need someone that has proven experience
working closely with the business and development teams and collaboratively
create a comprehensive test plan and implement best practices where applicable.
Must thrive in a changing environment. Must be able to discuss and demonstrate
test strategies. The goal is to move to test-driven development so someone
familiar with TDD and advanced test automation is a big plus.
At Least 5 years of
Testing Experience (Functional, Operational).
Understanding of
testing methodology.
Good communication

Database Concepts

Background Testing
JAVA applications
Ability to write

Testing Experience.
