Position Overview
The role of the Transition Program Manager is defined as the manager and reporter of multiple streams of program activities. The goal of this resource is to establish a single stream of information for all TWC and Charter transition activity related to Customer Premise Equipment. This resource will also assist in the coordination of cross-functional products association with the merger. The TPM will be responsible to work with business and technical teams during the full transition development process – including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, testing and maintenance and report accurate status of the device in its testing lifecycle. The TPM will work with the cross-functional teams on understanding business requirements for transition product associated with CPE and CMTS programs. The TPM will also conduct needs analysis with partners, managers and others to determine project needs, key deliverables and timelines

•Performs work in support of brand plans; integrates company mission into projects; leads or participates in key initiatives, programs or products with moderate to wide visibility
•Responsible for actions and managing risks that have shared or moderate impact on own business and limited short-term impact on company assets
•Drive Transition Management principles and methodology across initiatives
•Develop the Transition Management communication strategy and communication plan for specific initiatives to generate momentum, raise awareness and influence behaviors across the organization
•Act as an internal consultant on transition management strategy/deliverables for regional or global strategic change initiatives
