Seeking a Oracle HRMS
Application Developer for a 6 month contract in Chicago, IL. Our client has
multiple projects under way, including an R12 upgrade, and they need at least 2
developers to join the team to assist with the development for the HRMS modules
being upgraded and customized. The candidates will support & improve
Oracle R12 HRMS modules. The selected Oracle HRMS Developers, will design,
develop, and deliver customized solutions for Oracle HRMS, including Oracle
Advanced Benefits, Payroll & OTL, act as a technical expert, address
problems related to system integration and compatibility across multiple
platforms, analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, and implement solutions.
The candidate will also design and develop complex custom HRMS reports,
extensions, and inbound/outbound interfaces in multiple HRMS modules.
To Qualify:
- 8 years of experience in Oracle applications development in Oracle HRMS modules, including HR, OAB, Payroll & OTL modules
- Solid database and operating system knowledge (Oracle, Linux, etc.)
- Strong skills with Oracle Developer tools such as Forms and Reports
- Technical proficiency in PL/SQL and other programming languages
- Experience with technical documentation of custom solutions, including Oracle and third-party products
- Detailed understanding of Oracle applications architecture, including Application Object Library (AOL)
- Excellent knowledge of the architecture of Oracle HRMS modules and workflows
- Ability to design, develop, and test custom solutions such as interfaces in and out of Oracle HRMS, reports, and extensions to Oracle HRMS modules
- Experience with performance tuning is preferred
