Role : Informatica lead for Base
Location : Schaumburg, IL
Duration : 6-12 Months
Experience : 8-10+ yrs

Responsibility:
Co-ordinate the rapid and effective handling of major incidents
Lead the team in investigation, prioritization, and resolution of problems, determining root cause analysis, identifying known errors and work-arounds, and employing proactive trend analysis and reporting
Provide expert guidance to the Support teams and assist in their training and knowledge development
Examine potential areas for service improvement and raise proposals with sr. management

Essential Skills:
Must understand the basic operations and flow of production support and problem management
Must possess excellent analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving and trend analysis skills
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to the team, management and the customers
Must work with team, motivate and lead them to meet expectations from client
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, initiative, flexibility
Demonstrated experience with service management best practices and SDLC

Required Experience:
7+ years of experience in Informatica, UNIX and SQL
7+ years of experience in Operations/Production support lead roles in the technology industry
4 years minimum experience in leading teams of 8 or more technical resources
Experience in issue analysis and root cause documentation
Knowledge on Informatica Administation and Autosys Scheduler is a plus
