Review and assign incidents from the help desk (CA Service Desk).
Evaluates, recommends, configures, installs, maintains, and operates
Microsoft server systems. Evaluation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of
VMWare platform. Administration and maintenance of Office 365 email.
Administration and maintenance of Compellent SAN.
Administration and maintenance of Netvault Backups.
Environment:
Microsoft Server OS, Internet
Information Services (IIS), Bitlocker, DNS, DHCP, Power Shell Scripting,
Exchange, SharePoint, NetMeeting, Live Messenger, Windows Server Update Service
(SCCM), Active Directory including Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Identity
and Access Management (Federated Services and CA Site Minder). McAfee VirusScan
and ePolicy Orchestrator; VMware vSphere Infrastructure, Citrix XenAPP, Hewlett
Packard Data Protector, Red Hat Linux, SAN administration, Office 365, Amazon
Web Services.
