The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:
- Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, and triggers for new NCS functionality
- Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers for new CHS functionality
- Modify VB6 application for new CHS functionality
- Modify ASP.Net application for new NCS functionality
- Develop new VB.Net executable for Snapshot processing
- Unit test code changes
- Tune SQL queries for performance
- Interfacing with the various claims systems to integrate specific claim information
- Feeding all necessary data to the data warehouse/business intelligence system
The consultant will adhere to NYSIF’s application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.
Required Skills:
- 72 months experience with Microsoft ASP.Net
- 72 months experience integrating applications with Technologies such as Oracle, ASP.NET, WCF, VB 6
- 60 months experience with Microsoft WCF services
- 48 months experience with XML and XSLT
- 36 months experience with Visual Studio 2010 or Newer
- 36 months experience with Microsoft TFS
- 36 months experience with JQuery
- 12 months experience in EDI using Oracle PL/SQL
- 12 months experience in Batch processing using .Net, HTML and Oracle PL/SQL
