Role : Scanning Technician

Location : Kevil,KY (Local Needs)

Duration : 12Months+

Experience : 6-12Months Must have Previous Scanning Project experience

No of Opening : 20

Visa : Any

Rate : $8/Hour on C2C incl all

Office/Warehouse Environment.

Work hours: Additional hours may be required. There are two shifts, 8am-4pm and 4pm to midnight, shifts may vary depending on scheduling. The candidate should be open for shifts.

Position Functions or Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently scan and key in specific information from x-ray patient jackets (i.e. .patient name, patient number, date of birth, description demographics…) into a computer terminal thus providing a detailed inventory and database of all files received at our facility for both us and our valued customers.               

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will: 

• Must exhibit proficient and accurate typing skills
• Participate in any of the customer specific job details (create new file jackets, etc)
• Complete all daily production logs 
• Maintain a clean, safe and tidy work environment

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:

• High School Education or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and commands
• Typing/keying skills
• Reading and Comprehension skills

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment: Office/warehouse environment. Can become stressful when new job details are required. Imperative that all data entered is input accurately and efficiently. Substantial time spent sitting and typing/keying.
